This fantastic opportunity to join one of the UK’s leading architectural practice who offer exceptional design services to high profile projects across the UK. They are on the lookout for a talented Architectural Technician to join their team in their Birmingham studio

Duties for the role of Architectural Technician include:
*Develop concept designs and technical drawings
*Prepare building regulation packages and submit planning applications
*Carry out site visits and undertake surveys to ensure technical compliance
*Liaise with clients, consultants and contractors, building and maintain strong working relationships
Skills and experience for the role of Architectural Technician include:
*Relevant degree within architecture or architectural technology
*Strong post qualification experience as an Architectural Technician within a UK Practice
*Proficiency with AutoCAD and Revit
*Experience working on projects across a range of sectors
*Strong working knowledge of UK building regulations
*Strong design and technical skills
*Strong attention to detail
*Excellent communication and organisational skills
