RecruitUK are supporting a growing wealth management firm seeking an experienced Paraplanner to join their expanding team. Based near Wimborne and Ferndown (Bournemouth), this role offers hybrid working after probation.


You will support Financial Planners with high-net-worth client books, covering investment planning, pensions, trusts, estate planning, and equity release. Strong technical ability and confidence simplifying complex advice areas are essential.


Full support is provided from existing Paraplanners, compliance, and inhouse tax specialists. The firm offers a competitive package, bonus, and full study support.


What you need
*3+ years paraplanning experience
*Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning
*Strong technical knowledge across core advice areas
*Excellent report writing and attention to detail
*Able to manage your workload without supervision
*Great Communication skills
*Good IT skills and experience with FE Analytics (or equivalent)
