Investment Management Operations Associate
*Location: London Office | Hybrid Working (3 days office)
*Salary: £40,000 - £55,000 DOE
*Job Type: Full-time
Join our dynamic team as an Investment Management Operations Associate, where you will play a critical role in the dealing and investment administration of our investment team. This position offers a hybrid working model and is based in our London office, providing flexibility with a blend of in-office and remote work.
Day-to-day of the role:
*Investment Operations: Manage day-to-day dealing operations including order execution, trade settlements, risk management, corporate actions, and trade reconciliations. Ensure client accounts are aligned with the agreed model portfolios on both internal and external platforms.
*Compliance and Regulatory Oversight: Maintain compliance with industry regulations and internal policies to uphold the integrity of trading operations.
*Strategic Contribution: Work as part of the team to support the business strategy through service delivery, process improvement, and innovation.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Proven experience in investment management operations, preferably within a similar role.
*Strong understanding of financial products including OEICs/Unit Trusts, ETFs, FX, investment trusts, listed equities, bonds, and structured products.
*Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make decisive decisions.
*Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of working collaboratively across teams and with external partners.
*Knowledge of financial markets and investment strategies.
*Adaptability to changing market conditions and business needs.
