Job Description:
CO Sec/Administrative Assistant
*Annual Salary: £30,000
*Location: Harrow on the Hill
*Job Type: Full-time, Office-based
Join a rapidly expanding Chartered Accountancy and outsourcing group, as a CO Sec/Administrative Assistant. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for business and a proven track record in office administration within the financial services or accountancy industry. Be part of our ambitious journey as we aim to quadruple our size over the next five years.
Day-to-day of the role:
*Assist in Company Secretarial matters and operate the company’s practice management system.
*Manage supplier relationships, contracts, and invoice approvals.
*Monitor and run firm KPIs.
*Share front reception duties with the team.
*Conduct weekly and monthly reporting on Ex-Clients and New clients.
*Support other office duties helping the practice management team.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Proven working experience in a similar administration role in a professional services environment.
*People-oriented, results-driven, and able to take initiative.
*Excellent communication skills.
*Competence in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
*Ability to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
