Job Description:
Elevation Recruitment Group are working with a reputable manufacturing company to recruit a Maintenance Manager based in Barnsley.
Salary: c£55,000
Responsibilities of the Maintenance Manager will include:
*Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans
*Manage a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
*Coordinate and supervise repair activities
*Maintain records of maintenance schedules, repairs, and inspections
We are keen to speak with Maintenance Managers with the following:
*Level 3 or above in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering
*Proven experience in maintenance management
*Strong knowledge of building systems, mechanical operations, and electrical systems.
*Excellent leadership and team management skills.
*Ability to develop and manage maintenance budgets effectively.
*A successful track record of working within a manufacturing environment
*Experience of working with suppliers, subcontractors and statutory authorities
