At Prospero Teaching, we are looking for a dedicated and skilled Nursery Support Worker to join our growing team and provide 1:1 support for a 4 (nearly 5) year-old boy in a nursery setting in Verwood starting this January.

*Plan, prepare, and deliver activities tailored to the child’s needs.
*Monitor progress and provide feedback to help them thrive.

About You: *Compassionate, caring, and innovative.
*Strong understanding of early years development.
*Organised, dependable, and creative.
*Experience working with children with SEN/SEMH needs is highly desirable.
Essential Requirements: *Minimum 1 year of experience working within UK schools or nurseries.
*Right to work in the UK.
*Enhanced child-barred list DBS (or willingness to apply).
*Up-to-date Safeguarding Training (or willingness to undertake).
