Job Title: Cover Supervisor (Secondary)
Location: Southampton
Contract Type: Full-time (Term time only)
Salary: £100–£130/day
Working Hours: 8:15 AM – 3:00 PM

About the Role
We’re looking for confident and adaptable Cover Supervisors to supervise classes during teacher absences. This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone who enjoys working with young people and wants valuable classroom experience.
Key Responsibilities:
*Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans across a range of subjects.
*Maintain a positive and productive learning environment.
*Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies.
*Support and guide students during lessons.
*Report back to teaching staff on progress and any issues.
What We’re Looking For
*Strong communication and classroom management skills.
*Ability to engage and motivate students.
*Previous experience with young people (desirable).
*Proactive and flexible approach to covering different subjects.
*Degree-level education or relevant experience is an advantage.
