Our client is seeking experienced Cruise Consultants to join their dynamic sales team in Glasgow.
They’re expanding across the UK and looking for passionate, well-travelled cruise and travel experts to come on board!
Don’t worry if you don’t have cruise travel experience – we also have openings for Travel Consultants!
This role is fast-paced, rewarding, and incredibly diverse. With a dedicated Training Academy, our client provides full support for every team member – helping you get your career off to a flying start.
Key Responsibilities
*Creating and booking unforgettable cruise experiences tailored to your customer’s needs
*Communicating confidently with clients across multiple channels, including online live chat, social media, telephone, and face-to-face conversations
*Delivering exceptional customer service and building long-term relationships
*Meeting individual sales targets and contributing to the overall success of the branch
Requirements
What we’re looking for:
*Previous experience in a retail travel environment – ideally 2 years’ experience in cruise sales
*A flair for engaging and communicating with a wide variety of clients
*Confidence, determination, and drive to succeed – plus a passion for learning in a constantly evolving travel industry
*Tenacity and resilience – as a key member of the sales team, you’ll work towards individual targets while playing a pivotal role in overall store performance
