We are seeking a CI engineer to join a forward-thinking team within the industrial/manufacturing sector. This role requires individuals with a strong focus on continuous improvement and the ability to implement effective strategies within the engineering and manufacturing department

*Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth implementation of improvement projects.
*Provide guidance and training to team members on continuous improvement methodologies.
*Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented changes and suggest further enhancements.
*Analyse performance data to identify trends and opportunities for optimisation.
*Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies during all improvement activities.
*Report progress and outcomes of improvement projects to senior management.
Profile
A successful CI Engineer should have:
