Key Responsibilities
*Creating and booking unforgettable experiences, tailored exactly to your customer’s needs
*Confidently communicating with prospective clients through a wide range of channels, including online live chats, social media, telephone enquiries, and face-to-face conversations
*Delivering exceptional customer service – our client has won multiple awards for their fantastic service and is looking for more great people to join their award-winning teams
*Meeting individual sales targets and working collaboratively to contribute to your branch’s overall success
Requirements
What we’re looking for:
*Previous experience working in a retail travel environment
*A flair for communicating with a wide variety of clients
*Confidence, determination, and drive to succeed – plus a love of learning, as the travel industry is always evolving
*Tenacity and resilience – as a key member of the sales team, you’ll have an individual target to achieve while playing a pivotal role in the overall store performance
