Job Description:
GKR International have been mandated to find an experienced Sales Manager/Office Head for one of the biggest names in Real Estate.

You will be working amongst high calibre senior leaders, an accomplished Sales team and be part of a hugely impressive office in the local area.

You’ll manage the residential sales team, ensuring that sales targets and values are met by motivating the team and developing strong relationships with all stakeholders in order to build on the existing success of the office.

Responsibilities:

Seek to build the ’best in class’ sales business by using and developing contacts and creating new opportunities through direct mail and other campaigns

Successfully pitch for and win business

Personally drive the sales process, seeing sales through from the pitch to completion

Package -

circa £60,000 basic salary
£6,000-£8,000 car allowance
£120,000-£130,000 OTE
Private Medical, Share Options, Bonus, Profit-Share
