Head of B2B Travel & MICE Sales – UK, Ireland & Nordics
Luxury Tour Operator | London / Hybrid
Our client is a highly regarded luxury tour operator specialising in premium all-inclusive holidays across the globe. As the business continues to expand, they are seeking an experienced and driven Head of B2B Travel & MICE Sales to strengthen their brand presence across the UK, Ireland and the Nordics, while leading and developing a high-performing sales team.

Head of B2B travel & MICE Sales Key Responsibilities:
*Develop and execute the B2B sales strategy for Trade, OTAs and MICE across the UK, Ireland and the Nordics.
*Build strong commercial partnerships with travel agents, consortia, TMCs and corporate event clients.
*Drive e-distribution performance, including OTAs and API-led channels.
*Lead, mentor and inspire a high-performing sales and events team.
*Oversee event production to ensure excellence in quality, budget management and timely delivery.
*Work closely with marketing and wider internal teams to enhance customer experience and brand visibility.
*Represent the brand at trade shows, industry events and client meetings as required.
Head of B2B travel & MICE Sales Experience
*Proven experience in a senior B2B or Trade Sales role within the travel industry.
*Strong leadership credentials with the ability to mentor and motivate a high-achieving team.
*Excellent negotiation, communication and relationship-building skills.
*Well-connected within the travel trade across the UK, Ireland and the Nordics.
*Confident using digital sales tools (e.g., PowerBI, Salesforce, Coupa).
*Solid understanding of OTA and API distribution models.
Head of B2B travel & MICE Sales Additional Info:
