Job Description:
Customer Complaints Handler
Location: REDHILL
Salary: 29-31K
Contract: Permanent, Full-Time
Are you passionate about delivering excellent customer experiences and resolving issues fairly and efficiently? We are looking for a Customer Complaints Handler to join our client’s Customer Experience team.
In this role, you will:
*Manage formal complaints, acting as a single point of contact for complex cases.
*Ensure timely, high-quality responses that comply with the Ombudsman Complaint Handling Code.
*Analyse feedback and complaints to drive service improvements.
*Work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders, including MPs and advocacy groups.
What we are looking for:
*Strong knowledge of GDPR and data protection.
*Experience in customer service within housing or a regulated sector.
*Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
*Ability to handle sensitive and complex issues with empathy and professionalism.
