Job Description:
Reed FE are seeking a Curriculum Manager to oversee the development and implementation of our educational programmes.
This role is ideal for a dynamic and experienced educational professional who is passionate about shaping high-quality curricula and enhancing student learning outcomes
Curriculum Manager Mathematics
*Daily Rate: £300 - £350
*Location: North West London
*Job Type: Full-time, Monday to Friday
*Hours: 36 hours per week
Day-to-day of the role of a CM Maths :
*Lead the planning, development, and evaluation of the curriculum across various departments.
*Collaborate with teaching staff and department heads to ensure curriculum alignment with educational standards and student needs.
*Monitor the effectiveness of the curriculum and make adjustments as necessary to improve student engagement and achievement.
*Provide professional development for teachers on curriculum innovations and teaching best practices.
*Analyse student performance data to identify areas for curriculum enhancement.
*Coordinate with external stakeholders, including educational boards and community organisations, to ensure the curriculum meets all regulatory standards and community expectations.
*Manage curriculum resources and budget effectively.
Required Skills & Qualifications for the role :
*Proven experience as a Curriculum Manager or similar role in an educational setting.
*Strong understanding of curriculum design, implementation, and evaluation.
*Excellent leadership and team management skills.
*Ability to work collaboratively with a range of stakeholders including teachers, parents, and external bodies.
*Strong analytical skills to assess curriculum effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.
*Advanced degree in Education, Curriculum Development, or a related field is preferred.
