We are recruiting for a proactive and organised Export Administrator to join a well-established company in Leeds. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with export experience who enjoys managing international shipments and supporting both customers and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate export documentation and shipments, ensuring compliance with customs and international regulations

* Liaise with overseas customers, freight forwarders, and internal teams to ensure smooth order progression

* Prepare and check invoices, packing lists, and shipping documents

* Track shipments and manage any delays or issues

* Maintain accurate records of export activity and support reporting requirements

About You:
* Previous experience in export administration or international logistics

* Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills

* Confident communicator, able to liaise with customers and colleagues professionally

* Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with ERP systems preferred
