Job Description:
Newstaff Employment Services is delighted to announce an exciting opportunity for a Lettings Negotiator to join a dynamic team, within a successful estate agency in West London.
You will play a key role in driving the success of the lettings team by providing exceptional service to both landlords and tenants. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include marketing rental properties, conducting viewings, negotiating lease terms, and managing the rental process from start to finish.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for property, excellent communication skills, and a strong sales acumen.
You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and match them with suitable properties, while also ensuring a smooth and efficient letting process. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are looking to grow your lettings career please apply!
Responsibilities *Generate new business through networking, marketing, and referrals.
*Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information to prospective tenants.
*Negotiate tenancy agreements and manage the onboarding process for new tenants.
*Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the local property market and industry trends.
*Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants.
*Handle tenancy applications, referencing, and renewals.
*Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and company policies.
*Provide excellent customer service and support to clients throughout the letting process.
Requirements
*Previous experience as a Lettings Negotiator or in a related sales role is preferred.
*Strong understanding of the lettings market and associated legal requirements.
*Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
*Proven ability to build rapport and establish lasting client relationships.
*Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
*Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software.
*Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
*Full driving license and access to a vehicle are essential.
*Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required.
A full UK driving licence is required and your own car is required
