Events Coordinator
Salary: £30,000–£32,000
Outskirts Swindon
Some UK and European travel required
Are you an energetic, organised, and ambitious events or projects professional looking to grow your career? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly respected technology business as their Event Coordinator, supporting the successful delivery of exhibitions, conferences, and brand experiences across the UK and Internationally.
In this varied and hands-on role, you’ll work closely with colleagues across marketing, commercial, and product teams to ensure every event is delivered seamlessly and creates maximum brand impact. You’ll also have the chance to work with a refreshed brand identity and contribute to shaping new event standards and best practice.
What you’ll be doing
*Plan, coordinate, and deliver a seamless exhibiting experience at trade shows and conferences, managing all logistics, shipments, suppliers, and on-the-day execution
*Build strong supplier relationships to ensure cost-effective event delivery
*Create engaging promotional content to drive awareness of upcoming events
*Support with internal events such as staff summer and Christmas celebrations
*Manage event materials, storeroom organisation, and pre/post-event packing
*Report on event performance and contribute to future decision-making
*Maintain accurate administration, including budgets, expenses, and timelines
What we’re looking for
*Experience or qualification in event coordination, marketing or training coordination
*Strong organisational skills with a calm, methodical, and proactive approach
*Confident communicator who is comfortable working with colleagues, suppliers, and external partners
*Hands-on attitude — happy to jump in on everything from admin to practical event setup
*Positive, enthusiastic team player with strong problem-solving skills
*Willingness to travel in the UK and Europe as required
