Property Coordinator
*Annual Salary: Circa £30k - £35k
*Location: NW9, London
*Job Type: Full-time
We are seeking a proactive Property Coordinator to join our team. This role involves managing various aspects of property maintenance and tenant relations. The ideal candidate will be organised, efficient, and capable of handling multiple tasks effectively.
Day-to-day of the role:
*Schedule and coordinate maintenance and repairs, ensuring timely completion.
*Handle communications with tenants, addressing their queries and concerns promptly.
*Perform basic reporting and data entry tasks to keep records up-to-date.
*Coordinate with contractors to ensure services are delivered efficiently and on time.
*Ensure all properties remain compliant with current regulations, arranging updates and checks as necessary.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Experience in property management or coordination is preferred.
*Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
*Proficiency in basic computer applications for reporting and data management.
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Benefits:
*Competitive salary range of £30k - £35k per annum.
*Standard working hours from Monday to Friday, 9am to 5:30pm.
*21 days holiday plus bank holidays.
*Additional unpaid leave for office closures on Jewish holidays.
