The Company

Our client is a highly respected financial services business with a long-standing reputation for excellence in fund management. Following a sustained period of growth and increased client activity, they are expanding their finance function and are seeking a driven Finance Administrator to support their next phase of scale. This is an exciting time to join a business that combines the stability of an established brand with the ambition of a fast-moving, forward-thinking organisation.

The Role

In this fast-paced and detail-driven role, you will play a key part in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of client money processing. You’ll be responsible for the daily administration, processing and reconciliation of client funds, ensuring full compliance with FCA regulations.

You will support budgeting and forecasting cycles, complete reconciliations to tight deadlines, and assist with financial reporting while liaising with stakeholders across the wider group. This is a varied role that offers both technical challenge and the chance to make a meaningful impact within a high-performing finance team.

The Person

You will be a graduate in Accounting & Finance, Investment Management or a related discipline, with at least one year of post-graduate experience in a similar finance role. Experience within an FCA-regulated environment-particularly with CASS rules, transfer agency processes or client money compliance-would be a significant advantage.

Curious, analytical and confident working with large volumes of data, you’re someone who enjoys digging into detail, resolving discrepancies and supporting tight deadlines. You will have a proactive approach to learning and personal development and feel comfortable working in a high-activity environment.

In return, you’ll join a business committed to investing in its people. You’ll have the opportunity to study for the IOC (Investment Operations Certificate) and, if you aim to become a qualified accountant, full study support for ACCA or CIMA is available.
