Job Description:
A leading international financial institution is seeking an HR OperationsAssociate to join its UK HR team.
HR Operations Associate (Financial Services - London) This role offers a unique opportunity to work across both HR and Reward functions, supporting key processes such as onboarding, immigration, reporting, and risk management.
What you’ll be doing:
*Coordinating HR team activities and tracking annual plans
*Managing onboarding/offboarding and graduate rotations
*Handling immigration and visa processes
*Preparing dashboards and analysing HR data
*Supporting budget planning and risk reporting
*Maintaining HR systems and third-party contracts
What we’re looking for:
*Experience with HR systems (ADP, SuccessFactors a plus)
*Knowledge of UK immigration legislation and GDPR
*Strong Excel skills and interest in tools like PowerBI
*Attention to detail and a collaborative mindset
*Experience in financial services (preferred)
