Reed are working with a fantastic company who are looking for a Property Manager to join their friendly team!
Working Monday - Friday between the hours of 8.30am-5.30pm, full time permanent.
Hybrid working options once settled in the role.
What would you be doing?
*Managing an inbound line, answering calls from residents with property issues.
*Dealing with customer enquires including email and through customer portals.
*Sometimes covering enquiries relating to other areas of the business (as and when required).
*Ensuring that there is a professional and continuous customer experience.
*Coordination of planned and reactive maintenance.
*Management of set budgets.
*Liaising with other departments/contractors.
*Helping to assist arrangement of property inspections.
*Ensure high levels of customer service at all times.
