You will work closely with underwriting, compliance and operations gaining hands on exposure across the full lifecycle of delegated contracts. Key responsibilities
Supporting pre and post bind activity for consortiums, lineslips and binders
Carrying out governance checks across the lifecycle of delegated agreements with regular interaction with underwriting risk and compliance
Supporting the timely receipt and processing of bordereaux through internal systems including VIPR
Helping prepare management information and committee packs tracking bordereaux receipt positions and performance updates
Identifying and resolving data issues within incoming bordereaux and supporting the correction of records within the policy administration system
Preparing regular bordereaux statements across risk premium and claims with close collaboration across claims finance and compliance
Working with brokers MGAs TPAs and DCAs to resolve queries and maintain strong relationships
Supporting the ongoing management of internal systems ensuring accurate storage of files placements and documentation
Coordinating wider operational tasks within the partnerships division across both project work and daily activity
Ensuring underwriting controls are followed and delegated authority procedures are adhered to
Maintaining an understanding of regulatory requirements across the delegated authority chain
Supporting regulatory returns with the compliance and risk teams and contributing to product governance activity

Experience you will need
A strong interest in delegated authority operations with some experience in insurance or data focused roles
Good analytical capability with confidence using Excel and learning new systems
A proactive and positive approach with a willingness to learn and contribute to a collaborative team environment
Clear communication skills with the confidence to engage with internal and external partners
