Lettings Manager – North West London
We’re looking for a driven and accomplished Lettings Manager to take the lead in our clients high-performing and strategically important offices in North London — a fast-paced, competitive market that demands excellence.
This role is ideal for someone with a proven track record in residential lettings, strong commercial acumen, and the leadership skills to inspire high-performing teams.
You’ll be responsible for the full operational and financial performance of the branch, with the autonomy and support to make a real impact.
What you’ll be doing:
*Leading and growing a high-performing lettings team in a competitive market
*Coaching negotiators to exceed targets and delivering consistent results
*Driving new instructions through high-conversion market appraisals
*Unlocking growth opportunities and expanding local market share
*Managing budgets, revenue streams, and branch profitability
*Resolving escalated client issues with professionalism and confidence
*Maintaining full legal compliance across all lettings activity
*Monitoring competitors and adapting strategy for continued success
*Reporting on branch performance to senior leadership
What we’re looking for: *Experience in residential lettings, with 3+ years leading teams
*Strong knowledge of the London lettings market, especially North West London
*Consistent performance against revenue and growth targets
*Inspirational leadership style with hands-on team management
*Strong commercial awareness and financial acumen
*High conversion rates from appraisal to instruction
*In-depth knowledge of current lettings legislation and compliance
*Confident, organised, and able to make fast, sound decisions
