Sales Executive

A Japanese real estate company is seeking a Sales Executive to join their team in central London.
You will be responsible for property acquisition, tenant relations, tenancy administration, and a wide range of operational support across the business.
The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, be highly organised, and be able to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Japanese working experience and some Japanese language ability are required.

Salary: £30k per annum depending on experience
Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00–17:00 (office-based; flexibility required for occasional weekend/after-hours work)

Sales Executive Main Responsibilities
• Acquire new landlords and property listings
• Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email
• Register client information in internal systems
• Arrange property viewings for prospective tenants
• Negotiate with landlords, conduct reference checks, prepare tenancy agreements, and coordinate move-in procedures
• Provide ongoing support to tenants during their tenancy
• Manage new property onboarding, including marketing preparation (photos, videos) and reporting to landlords
• Maintain property listings on online portals
• Handle office visitors and liaise with delivery companies
• Support office lease administration
• Coordinate with external suppliers and contractors
Sales Executive Skills & Qualifications
• Sales experience preferred
• Business-level English
• Japanese working experience and/or conversational+ level Japanese required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive, flexible, and able to work independently
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Team player with strong collaboration skills
• Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a busy environment
