Job Description:
This is a 12 month contract position as a Trading Analyst within a Global Oil and Gas company, requires a motivated individual to support trading activities and contribute to the financial success of the department. Based in Canary Wharf, you’ll play a key role in analysing market data and ensuring effective decision-making.

Description
*Analyse market trends and provide insights to support trading decisions.
*Prepare detailed reports on trading performance and market conditions.
*Assist in managing risk and compliance within trading operations.
*Collaborate with the Banking & Financial Services team to optimise trading strategies.
*Monitor and evaluate financial instruments relevant to the crude oil market.
*Support the trading team in executing trades efficiently and accurately.
Profile
A successful Trading Analyst should have:
*A strong academic background in finance, economics, or a related field.
*12-24 months experience within Financial Services or commodities.
*Proficiency in analysing and interpreting market data.
*Experience in the Oil and Gas industry is advantageous.
*Familiarity with trading platforms and financial instruments.
*Strong attention to detail and accuracy in reporting.
Job Offer
*Competitive daily rate of GBP 207 to GBP 230.
*Opportunity to work in the vibrant Canary Wharf area.
*12 month contract with progression into a permanent role
