As a Development Executive, you’ll be the heartbeat of new business growth, working closely with our branch network to unlock opportunities and build lasting client relationships. You’ll:
*Partner with local branches to engage warm leads and convert them into long-term trading partners
*Confidently present our market-leading proposition and tailor solutions that genuinely improve clients’ businesses
*Build trust across all levels-from boardroom decision-makers to operational teams
*Understand the full customer journey and empathise with the challenges businesses face every day

*Proven success in UK commercial insurance, ideally in a business development role
*Strong technical knowledge of commercial insurance (underwriting experience welcomed)
