About the Role
Our client are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented finance manager to join our team. This is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing all financial operations, ensuring compliance, and driving strategic financial planning to support business growth. This role is a temporary role and can pay from £190-£210 per day (PAYE).
Key Responsibilities
*Manage day-to-day financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
*Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
*Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and internal policies.
*Lead and develop the finance team, providing guidance and support.
*Monitor cash flow and implement strategies to optimize financial performance.
*Collaborate with senior management to provide financial insights for decision-making.
*Oversee audits and liaise with external auditors.
Skills & Experience Required
*Proven experience as a Finance Manager or similar role.
*Fully-qualified, part-qualified or QBE will be consider
*Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles.
*Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
*Advanced proficiency in financial software and MS Excel.
*Strong leadership and communication skills.
