Receptionist
*Job Type: Part-time
*Location: Oxford City Centre
*Salary: £14.23 per hour - The role will be 3 days a week working from 07:45 to 15:45 on Monday, Wednesday & Thursday. Days however are flexible, and any 3 days can be done Monday to Thursday, however will need to be the same each week

We are seeking a receptionist to be the welcoming face of our Grade II* Victorian Oxford Town Hall, located in the heart of Oxford city centre. This role involves delivering excellent customer service to all our customers and visitors at a venue that hosts thousands of events annually, from weddings and conferences to key civic events and Christmas parties.
Day-to-day of the role:
*Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, providing a warm welcome and efficient service.
*Handle inquiries and provide information about the events and facilities.
*Manage bookings and reservations for events.
*Maintain a tidy and organised reception area.
*Operate standard office equipment and use relevant management software.
*Coordinate with other staff to ensure smooth operation of events and daily activities.
*Flexible working days, with a requirement to work any three days from Monday to Thursday, maintaining consistent weekly days.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Previous experience in a customer-facing role.
*Passionate about delivering excellent customer service.
*Strong communication and organisational skills.
*IT literacy is essential.
*Flexibility towards working hours.
