Pay: £19.11/hour

What You’ll Do
*Lead Change: Manage cases for young people with complex needs and higher risks.
*Innovate & Support: Deliver tailored interventions and evidence-based programs.
*Collaborate: Work with courts, schools, families, and partner agencies.
*Champion Restorative Justice: Help repair harm and build safer communities.
*Shape Futures: Support reintegration for young people leaving custody.
What We’re Looking For
*Qualified in Youth Justice, Social Care, Education, or Probation (DipSW, NVQ4, PGCE, etc.).
*Experienced in working with young people in challenging circumstances.
*Skilled communicator and motivator with strong planning abilities.
*Committed to safeguarding, equality, and trauma-informed practice.
