Pool Secretary

We are representing an outstanding law firm in Birmingham that is seeking a Pool Secretary to provide flexible support across their corporate team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being a key point of support for multiple team members.
Day-to-day responsibilities:
*Manage and organise diaries for various team members, ensuring efficient scheduling and prioritisation.
*Coordinate and book meetings, liaising with all relevant parties for smooth operations.
*Provide assistance with overflow work, stepping in to support different tasks as required.
*Handle document scanning and general administrative duties.
*Prioritise workload effectively while supporting multiple team members.
*Act as a central support resource, ensuring continuity and stability across the team.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Previous experience as a Secretary, PA/EA, or similar role (legal environment preferred).
*Strong organisational and time management skills.
*Reliable and adaptable, with the ability to support a busy team.
