Description
The Risk Analyst will report to the Head of Risk and will support the implementation of the Risk management Framework. Your duties will include:
*Maintaining business risk registers and control library.
*Supporting the implementation, maintenance and improvement of the risk management software.
*Acting as the the first point of contact for general risk management queries.
*Supporting the development of data analytics capability, providing valuable insights to inform risk management decisions.
*Assisting the Risk Manager with the implementation of the assurance framework through carrying out thematic reviews and control assurance.
Profile
The successful Risk Analyst will be someone who is a Graduate (ideally in a Economics, Business, IT degree) who is keen to pursue a career in risk management. Ideally you will have had some exposure to working in an Insurance/Risk role for 6 -12 months and have an understand of Risk Management Frameworks.
Strong Excel skills are essential and exposure to PowerBI would be desirable.
Any understanding of Orange Book experience would be beneficial.
