Duties for the role of Senior Architectural Technologist include:
*Take the lead on various projects from inception through to completion
*Manage a small team of more junior staff members to contribute to their professional development
*Carry out site visits and ensure compliance is achieved
*Produce building regulations and planning applications
*Liaise with clients, consultants, and other authorities
Skills and experience for the role of Senior Architectural Technologist include:
*Degree within Architectural Technology
*Significant post qualification experience as a Technologist within a UK practice
*Proficiency with Revit
*Experience working across all RIBA work stages
*Strong knowledge of UK Building Regulations
*Job running experience
*Strong design and technical skills
*Excellent communication and organisational skills
