Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
* Financial Planning & Forecasting:
*Develop and manage annual budgets and rolling forecasts.
*Provide scenario analysis and stress testing for strategic initiatives.
* Performance Analysis:
*Monitor actual vs. budget performance, identify variances, and recommend corrective actions.
*Deliver monthly and quarterly management reports with actionable insights.
* Strategic Support:
*Partner with business units to evaluate financial impact of new products, pricing strategies, and market trends.
*Support capital allocation and cost optimization initiatives.
* Regulatory & Compliance:
*Ensure adherence to banking regulations and internal governance standards.
*Prepare financial data for regulatory submissions and audits.
* Leadership & Collaboration:
*Manage and mentor FP&A analysts.
*Collaborate with Treasury, Risk, and Accounting teams for integrated financial planning.
Skills & Qualifications:
* Education:
*Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
*Professional qualification (CIMA, ACCA, CFA) preferred.
* Experience:
*5+ years in FP&A or financial analysis, ideally within banking or financial services.
*Strong understanding of banking products, balance sheet management, and regulatory frameworks.
* Technical Skills:
*Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills.
*Familiarity with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) and ERP systems.
* Soft Skills:
*Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
*Ability to influence stakeholders and present complex data clearly.
