Location: Herne Bay
Industry: Manufacturing
Hours:
*Monday to Thursday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
*Friday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Salary: From £13.00 per hour
About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Administrator to join our client’s team in Herne Bay. You will be responsible for managing payroll processes accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
*Process weekly and monthly payroll for all employees
*Maintain accurate payroll records and employee data
*Handle payroll queries and resolve discrepancies
*Ensure compliance with HMRC and company policies
*Assist with reporting and audits as required
Requirements
*Previous experience in payroll administration
*Strong attention to detail and accuracy
*Good knowledge of payroll legislation and processes
*Proficient in payroll software and Microsoft Office
*Excellent communication and organisational skills
