Job Description:
Are you passionate about HR technology and ready to make an impact? Our global client is looking to recruit an experienced HRIS Analyst with a deep expertise in SAP SuccessFactors.
This role is initially on a 12-24 month contract but the aspiration is to become permanent.
Working as an integral part of the HR team, you will be driving the optimisation of the HR system and be the go-to expert for SuccessFactors, ensuring seamless system performance and delivering innovative solutions.
You’ll manage multiple modules including: Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Recruitment, Onboarding, and Compensation and support HR processes with precision and insight.
We’re seeking someone who combines strong technical skills with a solid understanding of HR operations. If you have a proven track record of owning SuccessFactors systems and providing specialist application and technical resolutions, we’d love to hear from you.
Salary on offer is up to £45,000, hybrid working on a 50/50 basis. Generous benefits include annual bonus, up to 10% match pension, 34 hour working week and PMI. A 3-4 day working week can also be considered for the right candidate.
