We’re on the lookout for a Senior Events Producer to join an independent creative events agency based in Guildford, someone who lives and breathes exceptional experiences and knows how to design and deliver experiences that connect people, build communities and make brands feel human.
The Senior Events Producer will lead the production of experiential activations and live events, from first conversation to final delivery. That means planning projects with precision, building realistic schedules, championing best-in-class processes and keeping every stakeholder aligned throughout. You’ll work shoulder-to-shoulder with the creative, production and client teams to ensure every experience lands exactly as it should
You’ll also play a role in shaping future work, nurturing client relationships, supporting new opportunities and helping to continue to raise the bar across the agency.


What You’ll Bring
Essential
*A proven track record delivering best-in-class events and experiential activations
*Outstanding organisational and project management skills (knowledge of project management software is beneficial but not essential)
*Exceptional relationship-building abilities across clients, suppliers and partners
*Commercial awareness with experience working to budgets
*Deep knowledge of production techniques and complex delivery processes
Desirable
*Strong understanding of the wider marketing mix
*Experience growing accounts or contributing to pitches/new business
*Experience contributing to integrated campaigns (e.g. experiential + social/content/PR)
