Internal Sales Account Manager
*Annual Salary: £30,000 plus bonus
*Location: North London - good transport links closeby
*Job Type: Permanent, Full-time office based – Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm
I am pleased to be supporting a very well-established and reputable business located in the local North London area.
This role will be supporting the Sales Manager therefore you will play a crucial role in managing large accounts, driving sales, and delivering exceptional customer service.
The position is ideal for a proactive Sales professional who excels in a fast-paced environment and is keen on supporting the Sales Manager to achieve outstanding results.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
*Manage and nurture large customer accounts to ensure continued business growth.
*Drive sales through effective upselling and cross-selling strategies.
*Provide top-tier customer service, addressing and resolving customer issues promptly.
*Support the Sales Manager with daily sales activities and strategic planning.
*Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
*Maintain accurate records of sales and customer interactions in the company database.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Proven experience in sales account management, preferably in a similar industry.
*Strong ability to upsell and cross-sell products and services.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
*High level of proficiency in managing customer relationships and building new ones.
*Experience in using CRM software to track and manage customer interactions.
