Job Description:
Our client being an International Lloyd’s Broker are looking to hire a Motor Claims Handler with an emphasis on Motor Fleet products.
Will be working on a team of 5 claims Handlers within the department, speaking to Insurers, and clients setting up and chasing claims. Establishing liability and chasing payments. Setting up files, and logging information.
Must have good customer service skills, be clear on the phone whilst acting as the intermediary.
The is a mix of Motor Fleet and Private Vehicle claims. Training given on other classes when needed.
Hybrid working 3 days in the office.
