Are you an experienced Audio-Visual Technician ready to take the next step into a lead position?
We’re working with a growing, forward-thinking AV integration company delivering large-scale projects across the automotive and retail sectors - creating innovative digital experiences for some of the UK’s best-known brands.
As Lead AV Technician, you’ll take charge of installations nationwide - from cutting-edge LED walls and digital signage to video conferencing systems and immersive audio setups. You’ll oversee installation teams, ensure smooth project delivery, and get hands-on with technology that’s transforming how people interact with digital environments.

What You’ll Do
*Lead and carry out on-site installations of complete AV systems
*Conduct site surveys and advise on hardware, cabling, and setup requirements
*Oversee and support subcontractors and installation partners
*Deliver system commissioning, testing, and troubleshooting
*Provide basic programming and configuration support (audio, video, lighting)
*Support occasional service visits and upgrades for key clients
*Help source and onboard trusted engineers in new regions
What You’ll Bring
*3+ years’ experience installing professional AV systems
*Strong knowledge of displays, LED walls, video distribution, and control systems
*Confident working on-site in customer-facing roles
*Understanding of IT networks and AV/IP integration
*Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel nationally
Desirable Extras:
CSCS/ECS card | IPAF or PASMA | Experience with Crestron, Q-SYS, or Biamp | First Aid trained
