*Reconcile accounts and resolve payment discrepancies promptly.
*Generate and distribute client statements and reports as required.
*Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve billing queries.
*Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions and communications.
*Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports related to credit control activities.
*Provide support to the accounting and finance department as needed.
Profile
A successful Credit Control professional should have:
