Day-to-day of the role:
*Build and maintain your own pipeline of new business opportunities within the Leicester area.
*Proactively approach and engage commercial clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored, sustainable solutions.
*Meet and exceed sales targets by creating compelling proposals and closing deals effectively.
*Work closely with local managers to support and drive regional growth.
*Own the client conversation from the first contact to deal closure, negotiating confidently and making impactful decisions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Demonstrable energy, confidence, and resilience with a proactive approach to sales.
*Excellent communication skills and a genuine interest in building relationships.
*Ability to thrive independently, achieving goals with minimal supervision.
*Full UK Driving Licence is essential as the role involves local travel.
*Experience in waste management or recycling is advantageous but not mandatory.
