Join our client a leader in agricultural wheels and tyre applications. This role involves working with large industrial tyres so would need to be physically fit.

Day-to-day of the role:
*Fill large industrial tyres and wheel assemblies under the supervision of a Team Leader/Supervisor.
*Achieve or exceed daily production targets as part of a team.
*Ensure all products meet high-quality standards.
*Perform routine maintenance on equipment and machines to minimise downtime.
*Maintain a clean and organised workshop environment.
*Support colleagues in the tyre-fitting team when required.
*Promote and adhere to Health & Safety standards in line with company procedures.
*Assist with general yard maintenance to uphold safety and company image.
*Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
*Carry out any additional duties reasonably required by the Managing Director.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Positive, enthusiastic team player with good common sense and flexibility.
*Target-driven with a proactive approach to exceeding expectations.
*Experience in labour-intensive environments preferred but not essential.
*Knowledge of industrial tyres and wheels advantageous (full training provided).
*Understanding of Health & Safety in an industrial setting preferred (training provided).
*Forklift licence desirable.
*Mechanical experience and familiarity with solid-fill manufacturing processes an advantage.
