Job Description:
Job Title: Multi-Skilled Administrator, Temporary – 12 weeks
Hours: Full time Monday- Friday 9-5
Salary: £14- £15 per hour dependant on experience
About the Role
We are seeking an adaptable and proactive Multi-Skilled Administrator to support a busy rail transport business during a period of transition. This is a temporary role for 12 weeks while recruitment for a permanent position takes place. The successful candidate will work across two key locations in North London and East Croydon – and will play a vital role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
*Meeting Support: Take accurate and timely notes during meetings and distribute minutes as required.
*Procurement: Raise purchase orders and process related documentation.
*Facilities Coordination: Book meeting rooms and manage scheduling.
*General Administration: Handle a variety of administrative tasks, including document management, data entry, and responding to internal queries.
*Ad-hoc Support: Assist with other duties as needed to ensure operational efficiency.
Skills & Attributes
*Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
*Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
*Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively.
*Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
*Positive attitude: Easy-going, adaptable, and willing to work hard in a changing environment.
*Comfortable working across multiple locations.
