As a dedicated Year R/1 teacher, you will create a nurturing and stimulating learning environment where every child feels valued and inspired to achieve their full potential. Through engaging lessons, strong classroom management, and a focus on early literacy and numeracy, ensuring pupils build solid foundations for lifelong learning. Your commitment to collaboration with colleagues and parents supports holistic development and sustained progress.
*Full teacher responsibility for Years R & 1 (mixed class)
*Deliver inspiring, phonics-rich lessons in a nurturing, early years environment
*Collaborate with SLT and colleagues to sustain high outcomes
*Uphold school values where children are ready, safe, and kind

*A qualified and experienced Year R/1 teacher (with QTS)
