Full-time | Temporary Position
Rate: £120 – £250 per day
Start: ASAP or January
Are you an enthusiastic and committed Science Teacher looking for a temporary role? We are working with an excellent secondary school in Brentwood that is seeking a motivated Science specialist to join their department on a temporary basis. This is a great opportunity for a passionate educator to make an immediate impact and support a strong Science faculty.
About the Science Teacher role:
* Teach engaging and high-quality Science lessons across KS3 and KS4
* Plan and deliver lessons that inspire curiosity, critical thinking and strong progress
* Work collaboratively with the Science team to maintain consistent, effective teaching and learning
* Contribute to the smooth running of the department and support students’ academic development
* Uphold the school’s high expectations and positive ethos
What the school is looking for:
* Qualified Teacher Status
* Strong subject knowledge in Science
* Excellent communication, organisation and classroom management skills
* A proactive, flexible and student-focused approach
* Experience teaching Science in a secondary school setting
