Daily Duties
*Lead architectural design and delivery on complex, multi-disciplinary projects from concept through completion
*Produce and review high-quality design documentation, ensuring adherence to design intent, technical standards and regulations
*Mentor and guide project teams, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration
*Coordinate with consultants, clients and contractors, managing design integration and project risks
*Represent the studio at client meetings, design reviews and stakeholder engagements
*Champion design development within the studio, contributing to thought leadership and practice initiatives
*Support business development activities, including proposals, pitches and strategic client engagement
Ideal Candidate
*Experienced Senior Architect with a strong design portfolio and proven track record of delivery
*Chartered or eligible for professional accreditation with the relevant architectural body
*Confident leading project teams and managing complex architectural challenges
*Excellent communication, presentation and client-facing skills
*Strong technical understanding with ability to coordinate multi-disciplinary information
*Proactive, positive and collaborative approach to design and teamwork
*Commitment to design quality, innovation and mentoring others
