Clinical Negligence Solicitor – Leeds
Are you an experienced Clinical Negligence Solicitor seeking a role within a growing national law firm that champions internal progression, promotes work-life balance and invests in your professional development? Based in Leeds with hybrid working available, this opportunity offers an excellent next step within a supportive and highly respected clinical negligence team.
This role is ideal for someone passionate about advocating for clients and with proven experience managing their own medical negligence caseload. Strong drafting, organisation and time management skills are essential, along with the ability to collaborate effectively with junior colleagues through coaching and mentoring.
As a Clinical Negligence Solicitor, you will manage your own portfolio of clinical negligence files from instruction through to trial. You will also assist with delegated tasks, support in settlement negotiations and contribute to the development of junior team members. The role provides broad exposure to the entire litigation process, encompassing both pre-litigation and post-litigation work, within a dynamic, collaborative and supportive team.
