Property Manager
Salary: £28k - £30k DOE + Company benefits
Location: Crawley
Hours: Full Time
Must have a full UK driving license and own transport.
Do you have a property management/lettings administration background and want to work for an expanding and growing organisation where you can offer outstanding service and be part of a professional and friendly team? If so, I have a great opportunity for an experienced property manager to join my client’s dynamic independent estate agents based in the Crawley office.
Responsibilities:
*Communicating with landlords, contractors, and tenants to report, manage and resolve property management issues.
*Book and arrange annual safety certifications throughout our managed property portfolio.
*Arrange and conduct mid-term tenancy inspections and property viewings.
*Agree renewal tenancies with landlords and tenants and execute complaint renewals.
*Manage end of tenancy processes, handle deposit deductions and disputes.
*Serving legal notifications.
*Negotiate and agree new tenancies, complete, and execute compliant process from reservation to move-in.
*The role is primarily Property Management; however, you will have some involvement in all aspects of the residential letting process offering a varied and rewarding role.
The right candidate will have the following skills and experience to apply:
*Proven property management background.
*Customer focused positive communicator.
*Strong administration skills and excellent attention to detail.
*Strong organisational skills.
*Strong literacy skills are crucial to this role.
*Strategic thinking and problem solving.
*The ability to work under pressure to deadlines.
*Knowledge and use of Microsoft Office and using CRM systems.
*A full UK driving licence and vehicle are required.
The successful candidate will be coached and given full training on their key responsibilities. In time, they will undertake ARLA Property Mark learning and be put through exams to gain industry recognised qualifications.
