We are seeking an experienced and motivated Catering Manager to lead a dynamic catering team in central Cambridge. This is an exciting opportunity to manage high-quality dining and hospitality services for a prestigious environment, ensuring exceptional standards and customer satisfaction.
About the Role
As Catering Manager, you will oversee the delivery of fresh, nutritious meals for approximately 350 individuals daily, plus ad hoc hospitality events. You will manage a team of 13 staff across three sites, including chefs and food service assistants, ensuring smooth operations and a first-class dining experience.
Your responsibilities will include:
*Planning and delivering diverse, healthy menus
*Managing budgets, controlling costs, and reducing food waste
*Leading and developing the catering team
*Ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
*Coordinating catering for events and hospitality functions

*Proven experience in catering management within a multi-site or high-volume environment
