Project Coordinator
Location: Liverpool City Centre
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Up to £35,000 Depending on experience
We are looking for a Project Coordinator to join a dynamic team in Liverpool City Centre. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong organisational skills and a proactive approach to play a key role in supporting project delivery and ensuring smooth operations.
What You’ll Be Doing
People Management:
*Welcome new team members and guide them on workflows, systems, and health & safety procedures.
*Coordinate travel, accommodation, meetings, and events.
Project Management:
*Maintain accurate project data and team contact information.
*Manage project information on extranets and assist with statutory applications.
*Prepare high-quality documents using MS Office and Adobe InDesign.
Communications:
*Ensure brand guidelines are upheld and support the creation of project collateral.
Financial Duties:
*Manage timesheets, expenses, and leave requests.
*Assist with project costing queries and prepare reports for commercial reviews.
Facilities & Administration:
*Oversee office maintenance and compliance with health & safety regulations.
*Provide reception and switchboard support when needed.
What We’re Looking For
*Strong verbal and written communication skills.
*Excellent organisational ability and attention to detail.
*Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Adobe InDesign.
*Previous experience in a similar role is desirable.
